What I’ve Been Up To Lately

November 21, 2008

Hey there, hi there!

I just thought I’d take a minute to update everyone on what I’ve been up to lately. It’s been a busy couple of weeks for me and I’ve been working my tush off trying to get jobs edited, galleries posted, albums designed and printed, and at the same time plan my husband’s 30th birthday party, attend a workshop, and get ready for house guests and in-laws coming to stay!

I’ve been busy, but it’s been great getting work out the door and into the hands of my clients! And Kyle’s party is finally here! This Saturday my hubby turns the big 3-0, and I’ve got about 3-0 people descending on our home for some food and cocktails! I’ll try my best to be a happy hostess as well as photographer extraordinaire and hopefully share some of the fun here on the blog.

In that regard, I will probably be away from my computer and email and all that fun stuff for most of the weekend. So, please know I will get back to you as soon as I have a moment to collect my thoughts. Also, if you are waiting on your job to be completed, just know it’s coming real real soon.

Hugs to all, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY GUY, Kyle!

Christine and Matt Engagement

November 9, 2008

I met up with Christine and Matt the other week at the Planting Fields and had a fun time wandering around the grounds and taking tons of photos. I had an awesome time you two and can’t wait for the wedding!

Marc and Asuka

Marc and Asuka were married recently in a wonderfully personal ceremony at Old Westbury Gardens and I was lucky enough to be asked to photograph the event. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Marc and Asuka spent a lovely fall morning celebrating their love.

Congratulations to you both and thank you again for asking me to be there.

Jen and Dan’s Gettysburg Wedding

November 3, 2008

What can I say about Jen and Dan? Other than they were one of the most joyful clients I have ever met. And that pretty much led directly to me now considering them dear friends. Their Gettysburg wedding was wonderfully intimate and held at Lightner Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast.

My Very First Vlog!

November 2, 2008

So, in an attempt to share a bit more of who I am, I decided to make a little video! I recently bought a Flip video camera and have been carrying it around in my purse for the last few weeks. Here’s a fun mash-up of some of the clips I’ve taken. Hope you like!
