October 7, 2007- Assisted on a wedding today. Here’s a quick shot of Thatched Cottage before I jumped in my car and headed home.

In other photography news, Project 365 is over on Thursday. And I am having a tricky time deciding how to end it. What do you take a picture of after all this? How do you sum up this experience in a singular image?

After the Project, I have an assignment for Pedal Pushers Online that will occupy some of my creative time. So, stayed tuned for some images from those photo shoots to come! And I haven’t forgotten about my Ttv ideas either. It’s just finding the time to do it! Lots of fun projects on my horizon. I like the way it’s looking.

October 5, 2007- It’s been a rough week! Work’s been kicking my ass, I haven’t got to spend much time with Kyle because he’s been kicking ass at work, and to top it all off, my sister fell and broke her elbow!! She’s been training for the Marine Corp Marathon down in DC (it’s in less than 3 weeks now). She was out running in the wee morning hours, and tripped over a chain at the high school which was placed approximately 3″ off the ground in an attempt to keep cars from parking. She went down like a SACK OF BRICKS. It’s been rather upsetting. She’s devasted about it, and praying that she will be able to complete the marathon. We are all praying for her too. Needless to say, I’ve been hanging out there the last couple days helping watch the kids. Tonight we sat around, drank my brother in laws homemade wine and played “MKF” (and if you don’t know what it stands for, trying googling or something). Even my mom and dad played along. But for them we couldn’t use people like Lindsay Lohan. We had to use people like Katie Couric and Segourney Weaver. It was hysterical. And a funny way to wrap up this trying week.
